  • The event will be held under the restrictions of the Green Pass. Subject to changes by the Ministry of Health.
  • At the conference please keep the safety instructions, wear a mask and keep a 2 meters distance from each other.

Registration Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellation until 20.2.22 – Full refund Minus 10% overhead
    • Cancellation between 21.02.2022-28.02.2021 – 30% of the total price will be charged
    • Cancellation after 3.3.22 – No refund – 100% of the total price will be charged
    • Notification of cancellation should be sent in writing only to the Conference Secretariat.
    • Note:  a full refund (minus 10%) will be applied after February 21, in case the participant submits a medical statement stating that he/she cannot physically join the conference, or  Covid-19 test certificate (issued 72 hours maximum).
